Whenever somebody overcharges a card, the removed card returns but goes in limbo instead. When limbo stores 4 cards, all cards are removed from limbo and limbo leaves the game. You then gain control of 3 random cards and your opponent gains 1. These cards are played instantly without cost.

Definitely some interesting submissions here in both directions

I will say, there were cards that I wanted to see win but in terms of sheer balance just seemed purely unfair

Equastro

Overall a really interestingly designed card. It still retains the unpredictability you would expect from exiles and forces your opponent to have to consider what they exile as overcharging a large threat that is too expensive to keep could really come back to bite them in the late game. Especially threatening against intimidating rally which I love.

Mew28

While the idea is pretty cool, it has been thrown around before and ultimately has the problem of being far too powerful. It nullifies quite a few staples and is a very easy way for FD to get around overcharged storm without sacrificing any tempo whatsoever. Ultimately I like the card, but it accelerates what is already too fast of a meta.

JlazeZ

Not 100% of what the intention of the card was. If the effect was per card charged (which I *think* it is) its a pretty cool idea as it lets you overcharge junk in order to get 2 cards while also making a greedy opponent mill themselves. Its not necessarily "OP" but as it creates an internal race in-game it doesn't really punish the opponent for overcharging and thus doesn't really seem to fit within the parameters of the original challenge.

TameRlane

Oh dear. This card is pretty strong. Too strong really. Give this to something like defense golem and it'll just plow through a defensive like with far too much ease. FD is all about getting damage in without having the ability to trade well without utility. For a simple 1 cost this card gives a little too much utility. Klore would be positively bonkers with this and he's already used in the majority of 3p FD decks.

Okay this card is pretty cool. It punishes large overcharges and being 1p CoV means it could absolutely see play in a CoV/OOS deck or even a log deck. Whats great though is that this kind of a card would punish the same decks. Great response to the challenge.

Toxicshadow

An interesting idea, but ultimately rather difficult to implement successfully in a deck. The 4 cost makes it very awkward to play and having to sacrifice characters could often lead you to have a barren board. Its creative for sure, but ultimately the only deck this card would really hurt would be a log deck. Against most other decks, the cost you pay really doesn't outweigh the off chance that you *might* get a benefit from it.

Hiding

A hilarious card, but ultimately VERRRRRRY Inconsistent. May work well with something like OOS/DoD where you could spam a card with a lot of text, but even then you're reliant upon the opponent fielding something with a lot of lore. (sorry, ben)

CommunistMountain

The only reason this card didn't do better was because I feel like its almost an exact clone of last week's CDC. The demon synergy is awesome and the addition of exile makes the exile mechanic / discard-centric cards WAY more valuable and pliable. I really liked this card and wanted to give it more points, but ultimately couldn't purely because of the striking similarity. That said, the extras attached to it still gave it a distinctly original feel that made it feel like a legitimate mirror to my OOS card

GREAT card. It really punishes overcharge intensive plays and is a fantastic complement to morale stall decks. While it isn't something I would expect to see in a standard deck, I can easily see the sideboarding potential here as it has some good utility value.

Natopotato

Good idea - questionable balance. A good chunk of overcharge cards will actually punish YOU for using this (overcharged storm and subdues the meek come to mind). Additionally it seems counter to both WP's and DoD's strategies and almost seems to be something I feel I would be more likely to see with OOS or FD - who would really not need this card.

Beninion

At first pass I greatly underestimated this card and almost didn't consider it as highly as I should have. If your opponent overcharges 3 cards, that's 30 points of morale damage. At 4 cards, its a whopping 45 points. I doubt you'd often see that many overcharges in a game, but it punishes overcharge to such an extent that overcharging becomes undesirable which was precisely the point of the challenge.
