Make a card that copies or steals an opponent's card or multiple opponent cards.

Examples are things like Zuza (obviously), Acquire, Demonic Reflection, or even Tome of the Dead.

My example:

Create a copy of each ability card played by your opponent this turn in your hand. Their costs are increased by 1

If the opponent plays multiple copies of the same ability while Cyber-Enhanced Witch is deployed, add a copy of that ability to the top of your deck.

Basically more effective the more ability focused the opponent's deck is, can seem a a bit strong being able to hypothetically gain copies of nearly all the opponent's abilities, but the opponent has to play an ability multiple times while the character is deployed for the character to learn how to replicate it.

By putting the copy in the deck it doesn't increase the size of your hand and can actually delay drawing the cards you want, plus it's vulnerable to character removal and only has 6 health. (although being in GI purity can easily be buffed)
Also the effect doesn't 'carry over' between copies of the character, if the opponent plays an ability, kills your cyborg witch, you deploy a new one and then they play another copy of the ability you don't get a copy.

 An ok concept, however the randomness makes the cost prohibitive and makes you hesitant to risk overcharging for a possibly useless card.

A pretty interesting copy card. Though if you want something big, demonic reflection would be easier. For smaller things tho, can use hekheem to grab it for free. For use on specific cards, may be a 1 cost Malignant, in mirror matchups can be another Last Sleeper to help you out, or maybe an Aleta somehow.

Good for a bit of random fun. 1 cost card draw might be a bit powerful, but you draw from opponents deck which I guess is alright. Not sure how this card might be used tho, doesnt seem to combo with anything. Maybe get a few of your cards back when you trigger Martyr of Chaos.

Great counterspell that is resusable seeing as she’s a champion. Costs a bit but Id say pretty interesting to see in an Angel control deck

high cost combined with easy removal and limited copy uses (only works on spells) makes this card high risk with little reward. Most decks that play spells have many different kinds or easy removal that can get rid of her. The fact that copied cards go to the top of your deck instead of your hand means the opponent can flood your card draw with useless cards as well. Not good enough for cost

Another revival card. But this time steals it. Id say best used against another sleeper to deny them a revival. Relatively solid card can get something important back for FD/sleepers like sacculas or maybe get a lucca for another use otherwise, raise dead might be better and cheaper.

Pretty insane late game changer if you predict right. Costs a lot to reflect this. The "end of turn" makes it relatively balanced. Does this still apply if the character dies? If so it would be a lot more useful. If not, may go against CoVs purpose.

Pretty generic steal card. But it makes it a cow. Could work well with cow decks but introducing this card could be seriously meta breaking and limit playing of huge characters even more than it already does. A neutral purity ability steal card is a bit too powerful especially for that cost.

blind milling or you get card advantage. Ive always disagreed with blind mill tbh. The cost makes it alright, but this only encourages more mill deck style plays which is probably one of the most toxic playstyles.

Pretty cool surprise defense concept. A being that captures the soul (and body?) of a character forcing it to defend before it crumbles. I assume the text says “When Spirit Shaman is deployed…” Feels a bit too powerful for its cost.
