Choosing a faction in Infinity Wars
« on: August 02, 2013, 04:20:32 PM »
Hi everyone,

I am considered new to this game, started just in less than a day...

I managed to reach the pledge your allegiance to factions part and I chose "Warpath".

I am just wondering if choosing this faction will lock my account in anyway? For e.g. some "passives" are tuned towards warpath ? or booster packs opened are more likely to attain warpath cards?

Any insights in this "choose your faction" would be wonderful..

I am writing this in concern that I may not like Warpath at all and may want to switch to another faction play... (worrying I have to create a new account and "pledge" my allegiance to a specific faction)..

Thanks in advance people! :)
Cheers!!!

No passives, just your starting point. If you get more Flame Dawn, Verore or other faction cards later on. You can swap without any harm.
It's more in a traditional sense a card game in digital medium. Levels and Experience mean nothing other than possibly unlocking cosmetic items.

Thank you for the enlightenment! Very much what I hoped to hear! Thanks!

That choice is only going to effect you in the beginning. As you play and get more cards you can make whatever kind of decks you want without penalty.
