I would advise you to not focus on any advanced/competative deck building guide as it will become useless quite fast; however, a low/medium level guide would very helpful to new players. Here is why.
Current meta can change every week depending on big
patches, this is a beta after all. Not to mention the new factions that will constantly be released. Another problem is that half of the game is knowing every card in the game, every single one. Knowing every possible move your opponent can make seems a bit overpowered right? This is true for every game, but the effect has a larger effect in IW due to the way your turn resolves. You can know that easily by remembering what purity your opponent is using and keeping an eye on their current resource cap. Without knowing this you play the entire game blindfolded. This is not like other card games, there is much less reaction and much more prediction. Recognizing deck types and strategies also adds to the complexity.
Currently I do not have an upload good enough to stream my screen to you, but you should be able to find someone to help you.
I would be happy to help out and im sure theres plenty of other experienced players or even members of the development team who would help out.
They play their game much less than you would think. The last time I played vs the dev team I had to use my less powerful decks so I would not crush and make them feel bad. And that's coming from someone who did not even get top 4 in the last big tourney I was in.
